Knitting with the Push MetaGrip

Pain While Purling?

Cast off thumb pain with the Push MetaGrip for CMC osteoarthritis.

As we age, cartilage in our joints wear away causing pain in the joints. One of the most common places for this to occur, especially for older women, is the joint at the base of the thumb (CMC). CMC osteoarthritis can make it extremely painful to do common tasks, such as turning a key or opening a jar.

Other braces are bulky and limit hand function, but the Push MetaGrip is a low profile design with targeted CMC joint support so you still have functional use of your hand for knitting. The thermoplastic material is more durable than traditional braces and can be machine washed.

"It helps and it doesn't interfere with activities (knitting, gardening, cleaning). Other braces don't give me the flexibility I want. I thought twice about purchasing it when I saw the price but now I sing your praises to others about the comfort, pain relief & durability of your brace."  - Susan
